Teen Patti Master Downloads respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact (see Contact Us) including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL) for us to locate it
- Your contact information: address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Our Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material in a timely manner and notify the party who posted it, where applicable.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
